FUNDAMENTALS This 2-class series is for beginners and occurs monthly. Students can begin with either class (they are not progressive). Taking both before moving onto Progressions is recommended.

PROGRESSIONS This is our advanced beginner series, occurs monthly, and has 4 different classes. Students can begin with any of the classes (they are not progressive). This will prepare students to enter our boxtie & suspension series, or simply further their floor tie skills. FUNDAMENTALS, or solid basic rope knowledge, is a pre-req.

BOXTIE & INTRO TO SUSPENSION A 3-class series to prepare students for a daylong Introduction to Suspension. This series repeats three times yearly. PROGRESSIONS & FUNDAMENTALS, or comparable content, are a pre-req. This series uses a hands-bound behind back box tie. The 3-class box tie series, or comparable content, is a pre-req for Intro to Suspension.
